Marybeth will take you on a journey through your body with combination of Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training moves for a total body workout ending in a relaxing meditation. Established in 2001
(Group Resistance Training): Marybeth utilizes a variety of equipment from resistance bands to kettlebells for a total body workout.
BOXING BOOT CAMP:
Punch, Kick and Sweat w/ Lorri in this intense and fun calorie and fat burning workout.
High Intensity Interval Training utilizing kettlebells, weighted bars, elastic resistance, etc. w/ Lorri. H.I.I.T. w/ Karen.
PEDAL and PUMP:
Ultimate Interval Training that gets you on and off the bike to burn fat and increase muscle strength w/ Karen.
Laura incorporates weighted balls, weights and core work to her fun yet challenging cardio workout.
Karen combines Spin, weight training and yoga poses in this well-rounded class.
